She provides in-depth guidance on VAT, income tax, donations tax, estate duty, capital gains, trading stock, dividends tax, and cross-boarder taxation issues, including Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs).
Tumelo is also experienced in corporate structuring and reorganization, shareholder agreements and disputes, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, as well as the establishment and compliance of trusts.
